- A clean, dry towel.
Dusting
Begin by dusting your shutters to remove loose dirt and debris. Use a soft feather duster or a microfiber cloth to wipe each slat gently. For a thorough cleaning, use a vacuum cleaner with a brush attachment. This will help remove dust from hard-to-reach areas.
Cleaning with Soap and Water
For shutters that need a deeper clean, especially those in the kitchen or bathroom where they might accumulate grease or moisture, follow these steps:
- Prepare the Solution: Mix mild dish soap with warm water in a bucket.
